Welcome to Advisor Daddy & Associates (“Advisor Daddy”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, engaging our services, sharing documents, confirming an assignment, or making any payment to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Advisor Daddy & Associates provides professional consultancy, documentation, registration, taxation, accounting, corporate compliance, NGO compliance, licensing, certification assistance and other business support services.
The exact scope of an assignment shall be determined by the quotation, invoice, proposal, WhatsApp/email communication, engagement confirmation or other communication issued or accepted in relation to the service.
Any work not specifically included in the agreed scope may be treated as an additional service and charged separately.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client shall provide complete, correct, genuine and timely information, documents, declarations, approvals, signatures, OTPs and other requirements necessary for completing the assignment.
Advisor Daddy shall not be responsible for any delay, rejection, penalty, additional cost or adverse consequence arising due to incorrect, incomplete, expired, misleading or delayed information/documents supplied by the client.
The client remains responsible for reviewing and confirming the correctness of information and documents before final submission wherever client confirmation is requested.
3. Professional Fees
Professional fees are charged for the time, expertise, consultation, documentation, processing and professional resources involved in an assignment.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, professional fees do not include government fees, statutory charges, stamp duty, certification charges, notarisation, publication/advertisement expenses, inspection charges, penalties, late fees, additional filing fees or third-party expenses.
Such charges shall be payable separately by the client wherever applicable.
4. Commencement of Work
Work may commence immediately upon any of the following:

Receipt of payment or advance;

Receipt or review of documents;

Preparation of documents, drafts, forms or applications;

Allocation of the assignment to our team or professional associate;

Consultation or advisory work;

Booking or engagement of any third-party professional/service provider;

Submission or initiation of work on any government, regulatory or third-party portal.
Once work has commenced, cancellation and refund shall be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Processing Time
Any turnaround time communicated by Advisor Daddy is an estimated service timeline unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
Processing may depend upon government departments, MCA, Income Tax Department, GST authorities, certification bodies, banks, registrars, regulatory authorities, technical portals and other third parties.
Advisor Daddy shall not be responsible for delays caused by government processing, portal downtime, technical errors, regulatory changes, departmental queries, inspections, third-party actions or circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
6. Approval and Outcome
Payment of professional fees or submission of an application does not constitute a guarantee of registration, licence, certification, approval, exemption, funding, tender eligibility or any other outcome.
Final decisions remain with the concerned government department, regulator, certification body or competent authority.
Advisor Daddy provides professional assistance and representation within the agreed scope but does not control decisions of independent authorities.
7. Payments
The client shall make payments in accordance with the quotation, invoice or agreed payment schedule.
Advisor Daddy reserves the right to withhold, suspend or discontinue further work where agreed payments, government fees or third-party charges remain unpaid.
Additional work, replies, hearings, resubmissions, appeals, modifications or compliances outside the original scope may be charged separately.
8. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund requests shall be governed exclusively by our published Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject always to applicable law.
A refund request should ordinarily be submitted within 24 hours of payment and before commencement of substantive work.
Where professional work has already commenced, Advisor Daddy may deduct fees and expenses attributable to work performed, professional time committed, resources allocated and third-party/government costs incurred or committed, in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Government & Third-Party Charges
Government fees, statutory charges, certification-body charges and other third-party payments already paid, incurred, committed or rendered non-recoverable shall not ordinarily be refundable by Advisor Daddy.
Where a third-party refund is available, it shall be subject to the applicable third party’s own terms and actual recovery.
10. Client Inactivity
If a client fails to provide required documents, information, confirmation, payment or response despite reasonable follow-up, Advisor Daddy may place the assignment on hold.
Any subsequent resumption may be subject to revised government requirements, professional fees or other applicable charges.
11. Communication
The client authorises Advisor Daddy to communicate through telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or other appropriate channels in relation to enquiries, assignments, documentation, payments, compliance reminders and related services, subject to applicable law and communication preferences.
12. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, graphics, templates and original materials created by Advisor Daddy remain the intellectual property of Advisor Daddy or their respective licensors unless otherwise agreed.
They may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited or represented as another person’s work without appropriate authorisation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Advisor Daddy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including government or third-party delays, portal failures, regulatory changes or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
14. Changes in Law or Procedure
Government regulations, filing requirements, fees, forms, portal procedures and professional requirements may change without prior notice.
Additional work resulting from subsequent changes in law, procedure or departmental requirements may be separately chargeable.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any jurisdiction or remedy mandatorily available under applicable law, disputes relating to the engagement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at New Delhi, India.
